(the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, submitting information to the Platform, or making an inquiry through the Platform, you accept and agree to these Terms in full.
A.2 About the Platform
Effective 1 July 2026, the Saijai.io Platform operates as an information display service only. It exists to display information voluntarily submitted by Service Providers so that Service Inquirers may view that information and, if they choose, contact the Service Provider directly and outside of the Platform. The Platform is not a marketplace, broker, booking service, employment agency, or recruitment service. No financial transactions of any kind occur through the Platform or through any other Saijai channel.

Part B — Nature of the Platform
B.1 Information Display Service Only

B.2 No Marketplace, Broker, Agent, or Employer

SAIJAI does not carry out, host, facilitate, or process any financial transactions of any kind through the Platform or through any other channel, platform, or communication of SAIJAI. There is no booking, ordering, payment, escrow, deposit, commission, or fee-collection function. Any payment or consideration between a Service Provider and a Service Inquirer is arranged and settled entirely outside of SAIJAI and is not the responsibility of SAIJAI in any respect.
B.4 No Vetting, Verification, or Endorsement
SAIJAI does not verify, screen, background-check, license-check, insure, endorse, recommend, or vouch for any user or any information displayed on the Platform. All information is displayed "as-is" and "as-available", based solely on what the submitting user has provided, without warranty of any kind.
B.5 Engagement at Users' Own Risk and Responsibility
Users acknowledge and agree that any decision to contact, engage, hire, meet, allow into their premises, entrust with a minor, elderly, patient, animal, or property, receive services from, or pay any other user — and, correspondingly, any decision to accept an engagement, enter a premises, or provide services — is made solely at the user's own risk and responsibility. All due diligence is the user's own responsibility.
