This Privacy Policy explains how Baan Saijai Co., Ltd. ("SAIJAI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Saijai.io website and any related web pages, mobile sites, and information channels we operate (the "Platform"). This Policy is issued pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 ("PDPA") of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Saijai.io is now an information display service only. It is not a marketplace, booking platform, or payment processor. This Policy reflects that limited scope.
1. Who We Are
SAIJAI is the data controller for the personal information processed in connection with the Platform. Contact details are provided at the end of this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information from Service Providers
When a Service Provider submits a Listing, we collect the information the Service Provider chooses to submit for public display, which may include:
- Name or business name
- Contact details (phone number, email, LINE ID) chosen for public display
- Service category and description
- Service area / location
- Photographs and images voluntarily submitted
- Qualifications, licences, or certifications voluntarily submitted
- Any other information voluntarily included in the Listing
We do not collect bank details, payment information, tax identification, or any financial data from Service Providers.
2.2 Information from Service Inquirers
Service Inquirers may generally browse Listings without providing personal information. If a Service Inquirer chooses to submit an inquiry or contact form through the Platform, we may collect only the information the Service Inquirer chooses to provide, such as:
- Name
- Contact details (phone number, email)
- The nature of the inquiry and any details the inquirer chooses to include
We do not require account registration to view Listings. We do not collect payment information, credit card details, banking information, or transaction data from Service Inquirers.
2.3 Technical Information
When any user visits the Platform, our web servers and any cookies we use may automatically collect certain technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.
2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
The Platform does not process:
- credit card, debit card, or bank-account details;
- any payment or transaction data (there are no transactions on the Platform);
- customer booking or order history (there are no bookings or orders);
- background-check reports or criminal-record data;
- biometric, health, religious, or other sensitive personal data, unless a user voluntarily submits such data as part of a Listing or inquiry.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:
- displaying Service Provider Listings on the Platform for public view;
- forwarding Service Inquirer inquiries to the relevant Service Provider (if that function is available);
- operating, maintaining, and securing the Platform;
- complying with our legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations;
- responding to user questions and PDPA-related requests.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (PDPA)
We rely on the following legal bases under the PDPA:
- Consent — when a user voluntarily submits information for public display or inquiry;
- Contract — when processing is necessary to provide the Platform;
- Legitimate interests — for operating and securing the Platform;
- Legal obligation — for tax, accounting, and regulatory record-keeping.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
5.1 Service Provider Listings are displayed publicly on the Platform. By submitting a Listing, the Service Provider consents to that public display.
5.2 We may share personal information with the following third parties only where necessary and under appropriate confidentiality obligations:
- our hosting provider and IT service providers, for the sole purpose of operating the Platform;
- our accountant, auditor, and legal advisors, for compliance and record-keeping;
- government authorities, when required by law or valid legal process.
5.3 We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising or third-party marketing.
6. Data Retention
6.1 We retain Service Provider Listings for as long as the Listing is active. On removal or expiry of a Listing, we may retain the underlying data for a further period of up to 12 months to handle any residual inquiries or disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6.2 Inquiry information from Service Inquirers is retained for up to 12 months from receipt, unless a longer retention is required by law.
6.3 Accounting and tax records are retained for at least five years, as required by Thai law.
7. Your Rights under the PDPA
As a data subject under Thai law, you have the following rights, subject to legal and operational limitations:
- the right of access — to obtain a copy of your personal information we hold;
- the right of rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- the right of erasure — to request deletion of your information;
- the right of restriction — to request that we limit our processing;
- the right of objection — to object to certain processing;
- the right of portability — to receive your information in a structured, commonly used format;
- the right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent;
- the right to lodge a complaint — with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.

8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no online service is completely secure, and users acknowledge that submission of information carries inherent risk.

The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, session management, and basic analytics. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect Platform functionality.
10. Children
The Platform is not intended for use by children under the age of 20. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on the Platform with its effective date. Material changes will be notified on the Platform.
