Cancellation and Refund

  • Customer may cancel any booking for a purchased Services through the Site with the notification the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, SAIJAI will proceed to refund the service fee after deducting the 20% cancellation fee.
  • SAIJAI reserves the right to refund in the event that the Customer cancels the booking less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Customer may change any booking for a purchased Services through the Site with the notification to change at least 24 hours prior to the appointment without any additional fee, SAIJAI reserves the right to proceed the 20% additional service fee in the event that the Customer change the booking less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
  • SAIJAI reserves the right to accept or reject all refund, and change requests by Customers at SAIJAI’s sole discretion by use all reasonable and commercially viable means regarding to SAIJAI’s Cancellation Policy that SAIJAI reserves the right to change or modify the Cancellation Policy at any time at its sole discretion. If SAIJAI accepts or reject the cancellation or change requests, Customer will be informed through the SAIJAI Platform or otherwise channel of SAIJAI. In case of rejection, Customer understand and agree that you shall not claim in any kind of manners in connecting with these matters to SAIJAI.
