Just in a few clicks, fast and convenient, SAIJAI will search for the service provider that suits you. - We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking details and inquire about the service location. SAIJAI sends service provider information to you. - Make a payment through SAIJAI to confirm the reservation. - After the payment made, SAIJAI will send contact information to both parties. - The service provider starts work as scheduled.

In the event that you need to cancel a paid service reservation. You can contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will receive a full refund of the service fee within 1-3 business days. We reserve the right to provide full refunds in all cases where you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

If your caregiver does not show up or arrive within the time of booking, you can contact them directly to ask if they are still on the way. Sometimes there may be unexpected things that can cause delays. But in the event that your service provider or caregivers do not show up at all or cannot be ontacted, please notify us immediately or within 6 hours of the end of the appointment time. In the event that the caregiver is late, you can contact the caregivers directly. You can also let us know of any problems, and/or write a review on our platform.
