How much does your beauty service cost?
Beauty service prices depend on each type of service and service partner. Please specify your needs to the customer service again for quoting the right price for you.
Is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy for beauty service appointments?
In the event that you need to cancel a paid service reservation, you can contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will receive a full refund of the service fee within 1-3 business days. Please note that we reserve the right to provide full refunds in all cases where you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee for your beauty service?
We ensure that our service partners meet your satisfaction. Everyone is well-trained and experienced in housekeeping. After receiving the services, our customer service team will ask you to fill in a satisfaction survey. We value all comments and feedback to continuously improve our services.

Which locations are you available to provide the services?
SAIJAI is available across major provinces in Thailand, such as Bangkok, Phuket, Samui, Pattaya, Hua Hin, and the surrounding Bangkok areas of Nonthaburi, Phatum Thani, and Samut Prakan. If you need a service outside of our available locations, please kindly consult with our customer service team directly.
